If your 2FA tokens are shown as invalid try to time-sync your mobile device. Your time must show the correct local time, date, and time zone for the authenticator to work properly. Android and Windows phones have an option to correct for time errors inside the Authenticator app properties if you do not wish to sync your clock. iOS devices must be set to use Internet time to make sure the clock is synced properly.
Invalid 2FA token can also mean that the email token doesn’t match the 2FA QR code. Every time you refresh the browser a new QR code is generated, and also the email token.
If you still have problems after synchronizing the time of your device and have not yet enabled 2FA in your account, delete your Prenza account from the Google Authenticator app and perform the process again. Follow these steps:
1. Update your Google Authenticator application on the device you want to unpair.
2. Access the Google Authenticator application.
3. Long press on your Prenza account that you want to remove from the authenticator.
4. Click the trash icon (top right) to remove the account from the authenticator.
Then repeat the 2FA activation process on our website.
